Written Confession: Ghost Touring 'The Vaults' in Edinburgh, Scotland

The following written confession was submitted via email:

When I was 20 years old, I was on a trip with my family and a friend in Edinburgh, Scotland. We decided to do a Ghost Tour in this underground part of the city called “The Vaults”. Well, one part of the tour had a simple circle made of stones. The tour guide claimed that people who stepped foot in it had been pushed, kicked, etc. Thinking I was really clever, I took a picture of the circle. Later on after the tour, I felt different. I felt fine at first, but I started to feel progressively heavier. Two hours in, I felt like I was being watched consistently. By the time dinner rolled around, I told my friend I felt strange and that something wasn’t right. She went with me to the bathroom and brought up that I took a picture of the circle when we were in the bathroom. When I pulled out my cell phone and brought up the pic, we both stared in shock. In the middle of the circle, was a grainy, green silhouette of a woman in a long dress.

Unfortunately, I ended up deleting the picture after I started to have the strange feeling for an uncomfortable period of time. I told my friend that I had a odd feeling and to come with me to the bathroom. Once I showed her the pic, she was insistent that I delete it. Once I did, the feeling of being watched slowly faded away.
