THE GOSPEL

The greatest mystery ever revealed: God became man to rescue us.

We all sense that something’s broken in this world, and in us. The Bible calls that brokenness sin. It separates us from God and pulls the world into darkness. But the good news is that Jesus Christ came to bring light into that darkness.

He lived the perfect life we couldn’t live, died the death we deserved, and rose from the dead so that anyone who believes in Him can have eternal life.

This isn’t about religion or rules, it’s about relationship. It’s about knowing the One who made you, loves you, and already paid the price to bring you home.

What Is Salvation?

“There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”
Acts 4:12

The word salvation comes from the Greek sōtēría — meaning to rescue or to deliver. Jesus came to be your rescuer, bringing you into God’s presence for eternity.

Sin leads to death—not only a physical death but a spiritual one.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 6:23

“Then death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
Revelation 20:14-15

But because of Jesus, that story doesn’t have to end in death. He came to give you life—real, everlasting life.

The Good News

  • God loves you. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son…” — John 3:16

  • Sin separates us from Him. “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23

  • Jesus paid the price. “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8

  • You can be forgiven and made new. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” — Romans 10:9

Salvation is not something we earn; it’s something we receive.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” — Ephesians 2:8-9

Born Again: A New Life Begins

When Jesus spoke to Nicodemus, He said:

“I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.” — John 3:3-6

Being born again means that the Holy Spirit gives birth to new spiritual life within you. It’s not about religion or behavior—it’s about transformation.

“He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.” — Titus 3:5

The Invitation

Jesus didn’t come to condemn you; He came to rescue you.

“For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” — John 3:17

Through His death and resurrection, He triumphed over every evil work—and now offers that victory to you.

“He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” — Colossians 1:13-14

Nothing you’ve done can separate you from His love.

“Nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” — Romans 8:38-39 (NLT)

How to Respond

If you’re ready to take that step, talk to God right where you are. There’s no script—but here’s a simple way to begin:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. Your Word says, "Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Acts 2:21). I am calling on You. I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9-10; "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." I do that now. I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. I repent of sin. I renounce it. I renounce the devil and everything he stands for. Jesus is my Lord.

If you prayed that sincerely, you’ve made the most important decision of your life—and you’re not alone. Find a Bible-believing church and connect with other believers!

Because at the end of every confession... there’s redemption.
